All volunteers will be required to sign a volunteer waiver, tetnus waiver and follow all procedures set forth by CCHS. Waivers are located on our website. Passwords will be provided once you are approved to volunteer.

Volunteer Commitment: CCHS policies and procedures have been established to ensure that we operate in a humane, save and efficient manner. I agree to abide by all CCHS policies and procedures while serving as a volunteer. In addition to upholding the mission and goals of CCHS, I understand that my status as a volunteer is contingent upon meeting the guidelines set forth below:

I agree: My primary customers are the pets at any adoption location sponsory by CCHS or Street Paws and their wellbeing and humane treatment are foremost in the performance of all my volunteer activities.

I agree: I will comply with all health, safety and pet care policies, procedures and practices while performing as a volunteer.

I agree: I will maintain a professional, polite and courteous attitude during performance of all activities.

I agree: I will not engage in any unsafe, illegal or unethical activities while serving as a volunteer.
